We are looking for passionate landscapers to join our team who are skilled in soft and hard landscaping. You will be working to create and maintain residential and commercial landscapes to a high standard.

You must be eligible to work in New Zealand and hold a manual and automatic drivers license.

Busy Lizzy Gardens is a team of talented and passionate designers, builders, horticulturalists, landscapers and project managers. We strive for excellent customer service from initial consultation to finished product.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Landscaping Gardener to join our business.

As a landscaping gardener you will be responsible for completing work to a high standard, alongside your team members. From lawn care and pruning, to weeding, planting, and trimming, you will lead by example and provide exceptional service to our clients.

To excel in this role, you should have some experience as a landscape gardener and ideally experience in hard landscaping as well. You will need to have a keen eye for detail, with knowledge of plant care and maintenance, as well as the ability to operate and maintain a variety of landscaping equipment.

As a skilled communicator, you will be able to interact effectively with clients and team members alike, ensuring that their needs and concerns are always addressed.

Other key skills and attributes include:

  • Some horticultural knowledge and an interest in plants
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to talk to clients
  • The ability to work in a team environment and unsupervised
  • The ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
  • A full driver’s license for manual and automatic vehicles (we can train you on manual if needed)
